3. Refunds/Exchanges: Once payment is completed, fees are non-refundable and non-exchangeable in all cases, except if access to the service was not provided due to our fault or a technical issue. In such cases, the amount will be credited to your account balance and may be used for another service within one (1) year only.
4. At our discretion, if we believe you are misusing the exchange policy, we reserve the right to block your account and restrict all future use of services. If we block your account or disable access to a course due to violation of these terms or safety and security guidelines, you will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
